38-40 inches cinched to laying flat to 22 to 24 inches to 44 to 48 inches stretched. I had to reign in all the fabric to get itdown to under 20 and there is alot of leftover fabric, I just wanted to include All possible dimensions!!Size reads 6L or XXL. ID SAY it's best at around 40-42. little snug, but not pulling, not falling off or bunched up fabric!!
