NWOT 90 Degree by Reflex High-Waisted Leggings

Ordered these online and they were too small for me. 46% polyester, 47% nylon, 7% spandex. Charcoal colored. Never worn, never washed! They say XL but they fit more like a medium or large! They also have a little pocket that will fit a phone, money or whatever!😁
