NWOT! A&F striped dress/swim cover-up XS

Abercrombie and Fitch blue and white striped dress. Would also make a very cute swimsuit cover-up. Extra layer of fabric up top creating a bandeau style while still provide cute racerback straps for added comfort. NWOT, never worn! More info happily available upon request
