NWOT this cute dress has never been worn, I liked it so much I took the tag off, but realized I need a tall! The one shoulder strap is so flattering on! The fabric is a crinkled viscose, and the color is a peachy orange and white swirl pattern. Both the waist on strap are stretchy. Great condition. Size small.
