Made of cotton and super cute cut! It definitely has stretch but it’s light and great for sneakers to dress down or heels to dress up. A bit too small for me, I’m a 34DD and just bust out of this and not in a flattering way. I washed it because I thought it fit well when I bought it but when I’ve tried it on a few times to go out I couldn’t do it. Never worn!
