NWOT Adorable Black & White Star Print Blouse

Please note: this item is NOT from Lulu’s. Was originally purchased from a small local boutique. Wholesale brand is Idem Ditto. Adorable black blouse with a white star print. Blouse is a faux wrap with elastic tie waist (tie is not functional, just for looks). The cut of it gives a slight peplum effect which is super flattering. Long sleeves are sheer with elastic at the wrist. Never worn, brand new though tags have been removed. Leave your questions below!
