NWOT Adorable mini dress with pockets button back

New, never worn. Bought at a local boutique years ago & kept thinking I’d wear it… Really cute above the knee dress in navy, gold & rust pattern. Ruffle detail at waist nips it in a bit. Fabric covered buttons on top back. Great for spring/summer or even fall with tights & a cardigan.
