Purchased this from online store @vintage316 The absolute cutest A-line ruffles and lace layering tank with adjustable straps. Dress it up or down. Ruffles can be ironed to fluff or flat for a more fitter look. Measurements: Chest pit to pit is 16” not stretched. From V-neckline to end of garment is 21”. Top of shoulder strap to end of garment is 29”. This strap is adjustable. Ends of garment are not finished and will fray more with time. So fun!! 60/40 Cotton spandex blend. (Tag is sewn closely to garment. Hard to see spandex Info clearly)
