New without tags. Never worn. American Rag off the shoulder, fold over top sweater with lace up detailing bell sleeves. Absolutely adorable! 100% acrylic Measurements Bust: 19” pit to pit. Note: Can be bigger if needed due to the stretchy sweater material Front is 23” front top fold to hem. Back is 25” from top fold to hem. NOTE: Length measurements are laying flat.
