NWOT Ann Taylor floral flare dress Size : 12 (runs large) Color: grass green with black floral print Sleeves are shear and are elbow length to 3/4 sleeve depending on where you place the cuff Dress is listed as NWOT - I tried the dress on planned on wearing it but no longer like how it looked on me.
