This is NWOT, short sleeved summer Ann Taylor dress, size 4. The top portion is lined, the skirt isn't. It looks shapeless on the hanger, so look at the model picture to see how it fits once you have it on. It ties at the waist to enhance your figure. Short sleeves with elastic for a slight puffed sleeve. It's perfect for summer at the office, or for other special events.
