NWOT Anne Klein cap sleeved dress sz 8

This Anne Klein Brand new, size 8 dress still has the plastic tag hanger, but the tag has fallen off. Flowy, stretchy, flattering black dress with white texture/flower pattern. Has small belt loops (sorry, didn't come with a belt though), you can see in the last picture. You could cut them off or add a narrow belt to this dress. Beautifully tiered skirt.
