Beautiful blue peplum top with colorful bird print from Anthropologie by Meadow Rue. Has a v-neck with ruffles on one side and a side zipper (zipper shown in third photo). Fifth photo shows material and care information. Last photo shows the fit only, not the color and print (this blouse came in two colors/prints). Purchased from Anthropologie and never worn.
