Gorgeous Fei blouse from Anthropologie! Vibrant print on a navy blue base fabric. Pleated strapless bodice and peplum skirted bottom with adorable side pockets and brass colored buttons. The inside has no-slip lining to keep it from falling, and there is a back zipper. In addition it comes with an optional pair of straps! Material is 97% cotton, 3% spandex. Women’s size 0.
