NWOT Anthropologie Forever That Girl Embroidered Mini Dress SMALL

New, without tags (didn't come with it when it was sent from the store). Approximate Measurements: Bust: 18" across (pit to pit, laying flat) Length: 37" Top of shoulder to hem Waist: 14" across (laying flat) Please note: the stock photos show the neckline as having green embroidered thread stitched along it, but none of the dresses came with it - so annoying. I ordered a few, for different sizing, and none of them had the neckline stitching. :/ The skirt is lined, and a zipper is located along the side.Questions? Leave a comment below!
