NWOT Anthropologie Maeve Size 12 Polka Dot Top

Reposhing this item I purchased from @sarahddeters. Loved it, but I gained too much weight before I ever got to wear it! *crying* Anthropologie Top - Maeve Brand with blue polka dot patten. It's an ADORABLE top with no rips, tears or stains - but it is missing a button on the back (see picture). It was NWT when I got it and now it's new without tags since I never got to wear it.
