This NWOT dress by Moulinette Soeurs for Anthropologie is printed with a cloud-filled bright blue sky across the bodice and skirt and Vienna-inspired buildings in black, gray, white, green and brown along the hem. It features a pintuck pleated sweetheart neckline and the bodice has corset boning and a smocked elastic panel in the back for a snug fit. Adjustable and removable spaghetti straps are included, but it can also be worn strapless. It has side seam pockets and a removable black grosgrain ribbon belt.
