NWOT Anthropologie Ruffle Jacket

New without tags, never worn. I don’t see any flaws. This is Idra brand but purchased at Anthropologie. Navy blue Adorable ruffle down the front Button closure Waist tie Pockets Cropped sleeves, they have a sort of puffy fit Beautiful printed fabric lining I don’t think this is waterproof, but it does have that sort of slick swishy rain jacket fabric.
