NWOT Apt 9 Long Flowy Skirt

Beautiful blue color. This long skirt is fuller bottom to make it flowy. Waist appropriately 18" Length about 41" Hook and eye closure with zipper. Updated: No slit. The hem at the bottom does show. This is how it is made. I have it pinned on the mannequin for the picture. It kept falling down. I listed this a while back and just looked over it again. I missed this little spot that I believe the inspector sticker number was on it. See the last picture. You don't even notice it. That's how I missed it. I have lowered the price because I want whoever purchases to be happy. Never worn that I can remember. Smoke-free, pet friendly home.
