NWOT Arabic Embroidered Ethnic Dress Sz Small

I am not exactly sure I am describing this dress correctly. From what I have found, the writing on the label is Arabic. The dress is absolutely gorgeous! It is embroidered on a navy background with a very lovely neckline. It is pull over there is no zipper or buttons. I have included the measurements within the pictures.
