NWOT Arizona Jean Co white women's sneakers size 9 but fit like large 10

Brand new Arizona sneakers the size stickers are still visible on the soles of the shoes. They are marked as a size 9 but I think they fit more like a 10. Simple white sneaker that could be worn with any comfy outfit requiring white sneakers. Thought they might be a good option to modify with HTV if you have the ability to make your own vinyl and heat press it on.
