NWOT Army Green Croptop with neck + cutout detail

Never worn but tags have been taken off! One size, probably best on a S/M but is definitely stretchy. The neck part goes up your back and then wears like a choker in the front!! (Last pics show what I mean). Lmk if you need more info/pics/description :)
