NWOT Artsy Boho Mandala Skirt

Never worn! Intended to love on this skirt, but never found the occasion to wear it. This skirt is so much fun and cheers spirits up after a long winter. Features deep navy, sky blue, lime green, and white for the color detailing. Has a great elastic waistband. Noticed that this particular band may twist within the material, but is easily fixed. Size is small. No tag because that’s how it was designed. Materials are unknown to do design with no tag. Necklace not for sale. Grey top is-bundle!
