chellemarieh @pl0607 It is brand new. There are no holes, pulls or issues with the top. As stated in the listing, there may be a few sequins here and there that may have come off in handling like most sequin garments. However, I do not see any that are visible to me. They are sewn on pretty well & the sequins are scattered all over the top in different patterns. Let me know if you have any further questions 😊
