NWOT Atlas Tunic

BRAND NEW! I purchased this dress from an independent boutique in Seattle and I've never worn it. It's super soft, the back is black jersey knit fabric. The front is silky material. It's lined, so nothing shows through. It would be ideal for a fun but professional look, or a semi-formal event. It's from an independent designer, so it doesn't have a brand label. Fits size S/M.
