NWOT ❤️ Awesome Skirt with 8% Spandex size XS/S by Haystacks

This Skirt is amazing, it has a 3-D effect, and looks Embroider, Red & Black in color, with 74% Polyamide, 18% Polyester, and 8% Spandex. Has Scalloped edges on the waist band, down the sides, and along the bottom of the skirt. Waist measurments r 16+" from Spandex, from top to bottom is 20" Long.
