NWOT BANDOLINO maxi (?) skirt w/a fun hemline

BRAND NEW WITHOUT TAGS BANDOLINO brand skirt. It is in a gorgeous orang-ish / pink with splashes of other colors and a ton of fun prints and patterns. The hemline is the best part in the way it gathers about 1/2 way donn the dress and it waves and rolls at the bottom that is uneven and curvy. It measures 16.5” at the waistline, 27” is the shortest part of the hemline and 31” at its longest. Size 10.
