@terrisposhmark Hi! Yes. Pit to pit, laying flat, it is 27" across. Sleeve length from seem of the shoulder to the end of the sleeve is about 25". It runs a tad big, so you could comfortably wear a shirt under it, but otherwise, it is pretty true to size. I hope that helps!
