NWOT BHLDN Phoebe by Kay Unger Floral Gown 10

She’s absolute beauty at its finest. This crossback spaghetti strap dress is from Kay Unger imprint Phoebe. I purchased it from BHLDN and didn’t get a chance to wear it. It has a horse hair hem along the bottom so it lays beautifully. Runs a bit small for a 10. It would better suit a size 8.
