NWOT Baby tweed skirt with buttons

Never worn. Excellent condition. White with black- silver buttons. Buttons don’t function. Has functioning pocket. No shorts inside and stretchy waistband. Didn’t come with size tag, but measures 8 inches across and about 9 inches top to bottom (see pictures)
