NWOT Badgley Mishka Silk Black White Maxi Gown

New vintage. Never worn. This has been sitting in my closet for 20 years lol! My mother bought it for me for an event, but I never go to wear it. I'm 5'10" and the length is perfect. 100% silk chiffon exterior and interior lining Please note due to its age, there are minor signs of aging. I also think I may have handwished it hoping to wear it, but never did. The dress still has plastic tags. The butter chiffon may have shrunken a bit. Priced low for this reason.
