Gorgeous NWOT Banana Republic Black and White Pattern Fit and Flare in a Sz 4. This dress features a beautiful neck and bust line. It sinches in at the waist and flares at the bottom. This, unfortunately, is a re-posh. I am always a Sz 4 in Banana Republic dresses, but this fit more like a 2. It is made of a thick, sturdy, non-stretch material.
