NWOT Banana Republic Flowy Dress sz 14

This dress is stunning. It’s flowy...it has cold shoulder sleeves...it’s floral with blues and fuchsia. It just works! It has a button up detail at the top and is elastic in the middle for an amazingly flattering fit. Size 14 from Banana Republic. Fits true to size. Hits above the knee on me and I’m 5’4”. Never worn.
