NWOT Beautiful floral off the shoulder top

NWOT- Never worn STUNNING pink floral off the shoulder top with flowy bell sleeves. Elastic at top of the dress all the way around so it stays up and doesn’t slip. The shape is super flattering and slimming, hides all the right places! I LOVE this top but bought the wrong size & held onto it hoping I’d be able to fit it by summer :( the colors, blue flowers on the pink with pops of green is so adorable!
