NWOT Bebe Black Lace-Front Dress XXS

The dress has never been worn. It was purchased online and did not fit me. Size XXS. Runs true to size. Fitted and bandage-like in the back. Adjustable straps. 100% nylon. The inside tag has a small cut in it (as pictured) because it accidentally got stuck in the zipper when I tried on the dress. No damage to the dress. No visible flaws.
