NWOT Bebe black mermaid fishtail trumpet skirt size XS extra small. Has metallic silver hematite studs throughout, with flocked velvet at the waist and along the seams. Gorgeous skirt has a hi-lo high low hem which is shorter in the front and longer in the back. Clings to every curve to accentuate the hips and butt and then flares out down to the bottom hem. 100% silk. This is early 2000s Y2K vintage. Brand new, never worn.
