NWOT Betsey Johnson “Harbur” Polka Dot Stilettos with Skirt!! Size 6.5

SO CUTE!! They have a skirt!!! These NWOT Betsey Johnson “Harbur” pumps have only been worn inside to try them on. They are black with white polka dots, pointed toe pumps with a purple skirt detail around the heel!! Size 6.5, Heel is fabric covered and 3” high. Faint glue detail on midshoe where it meets the sole (see photos for detail)
