It has that embossed alligator/crocodile embossed pattern. The style is similar to Birkin bag. An outside back pocket is available. The inside has 4 total pockets (1 with zipper, 2 pouches and slots for pen). The bag is sturdy in the back mostly and it will slouch a bit in the front. Overall, it will stand even without anything inside. The shoulder strap is not adjustable and not removable. All the photographs have been personally taken by me and remain unaltered by Photoshop.
