NWOT Black Floral Maxi

Bought and removed tag but never worn except to try on. Too small for me. A soft cotton spandex stretchy material. Note that this is not silky, it is more of a soft stretchy cotton donegal like material. It has a crocheted mid section that shows some skin for a different and cute look. There is also a slit on the side for easy movement.
