Brand new. Never worn still has bag it came in. I loosened the ribbons in front and back to show they can be adjusted quite a bit. Ribbons in front you can even rethread to your liking. The two sides have a lace ruffle and puff out a little bit. The shoulders have a little bit of elasticity to them. Yes it's a 2xl. But these types run very small in size. I would say it fits a US large.
