NWOT Black Mesh Embroidered Dress

Unique, black netting with embroidered appliqués special occasion dress. Neckline is straight across. Bra stays in straps. Side zipper. Red flower appliqués on front and back in non-symmetrical, scattered pattern. Purchased new, but never worn because runs a little small despite tag stating size 14. So I've listed the size as 12. Made in India. Side zipper. Length from shoulder to hem 43 inches.
