NWOT Black Midi Column Skirt w/belt and pockets!

Brand new, too small for me and can’t return. MIDI column skirt with pockets measures 36” long, waist 14.5” across, hips 19” across. Partially lined, dry clean. The size is Medium. I am a true 8 and I think this runs like a 6. It’s just a little too tight on me.
