NWOT Black Milk Size XS HARLEQUIN CANDY VELVET HW FLARE PANTS

Got these in a mystery bag but sadly, I don’t really wear flares. New without tags, unworn. Tag is not cut so I don’t think this is a sample or seconds, but I did notice that the colouring looks a little patchy in places as pictured. Not really visible when worn.
