NWOT Black Mini Dress

brand new from h&m! i cut this to be slightly shorter than how i purchased it and i prefer the raw hem but could change that yourself! cut very well. Super comfortable and breathable, top has ruffle details and a tie front that is adjustable! model is a women's size small
