NWOT Black Pleated Tulle Skirt Size M/8

This skirt is for those days when you want to feel like a princess and exude a floaty, airy elegance visual. Perfect for any occasion, it'll add the right touch of fluff to whatever look you're going for. Tulle pleated outer layer with solid black lining. Elasticized stretch waistband. A-line silhouette. Unbranded. Bought online, but it was too big for me. There's no size tag, only a small tag with the number 6, so I don't know if that's supposed to be the size. Nevertheless, I usually wear size 6 and this was big for me, which made me think it fits like size M/8. NOTE: Measurements are hand measured with garment laying flat and may be rounded off.
