NWOT Black Side Button Up High Waisted Mini Skirt with Slit Dolls Kill

I bought this from Dolls Kill several years ago, but I never wore it. Depending on if you want it to be high waisted or not, you may need to add a belt. You can change the openness of the front of the skirt depending on how high or low you button the skirt. On me, this goes to the height of my belly button, but for those who are a bit bigger than I am, it may be more high waisted on you! There is plenty of room to expand for me. Depending on the type of shirt you wear, the lower style of the skirt is perfect and vice versa for high waist and belt!
