NWOT Black Turtleneck Long Sleeve Tunic Dress

Reposhing this item I purchased from @kimikelso6. Size XL but fits more like a M or a small L I’m 5’2” and it barley covered my bum. Super sexy hour glass dress just too small. Does have a lot of stretch though. Sweater material. Soft. Looks Navy blue in all the lighting in my house.
