NWOT Black and white animal print skirt

This skirt is new without tags. I ordered from a boutique. This skirt has an elastic waist band and side tie. It has the look of a wrap around skirt but without the opening it is sewn shut. It has ruffle details at the bottom and in the side. Very cute. The last picture is how it looks on but in a different print.
