Never worn Blue Pepper top size Medium. “Cold Shoulder” elegant top has gorgeous floral embroidery in front. I adore the ruffles around the neck and bare shoulders. Top is lined, but long sleeves are sheer, and come together with a sophisticated button, that poofs at the wrist. Great when paired with skirt, jeans or dress pants!
