NWOT Blue Floral Maxi Dress

This is a light blue maxi dress with floral print. There are slits on each side of the dress, up to the knees, and it can be worn with the sleeves on or off the shoulder. The full length of the dress is 62 inches, including the sleeves. From waist to hem is 46 inches. I removed the tags, but it is new, never worn.
